Dear Garena Free Fire Team,
I am writing this message as a long-time and honest Free Fire player from the Indian server. I genuinely love this game, which is why I feel responsible to speak honestly about the current situation of the Indian server.
At present, the condition of Free Fire India is very poor compared to earlier times and other servers. Many players are unhappy, frustrated, and slowly leaving the game. The main reason behind this is not the game itself, but the lack of proper management and responsibility from the Indian moderation team.
Here are some serious issues that need urgent attention:
Unfair bans and suspensions – Many genuine players are getting banned without clear reasons, while real hackers continue to play freely.
Weak anti-hack control – Hackers are still active in ranked matches, which destroys fair gameplay.
Poor player support – Appeals are ignored or replied with automated messages without proper investigation.
Lack of communication – Players are not informed clearly about policy changes, bans, or server issues.
Indian moderators not doing effective work – The current moderation system is failing to protect genuine players and improve the game environment.
I am not writing this message to complain only. I truly want Free Fire India to grow stronger again. I believe I understand the Indian player community very well, their problems, mindset, and expectations.
If given a chance, I am ready to contribute positively. I would like to work as a Free Fire Moderator or Community Representative, so I can help:
Identify real hackers correctly
Protect genuine players
Improve trust between players and Garena
Suggest changes to make the Indian server better and more competitive
Free Fire has a bright future in India, but only if serious improvements are made now. Please take this feedback seriously and review the current Indian moderation system.
I hope Garena will listen to loyal players like me and take action for the better future of Free Fire India.
