Information we handle
We handle information you provide and limited information created when you use the forum.
- Account details: display name, email address, password, account ID, email-verification status, and sign-in session.
- Public contributions: questions, answers, replies, display name, votes, best-answer status, and profile activity.
- Safety records: reports you submit and moderation status for reported or hidden content.
- Support messages: your email address and anything you include when you contact forum support.
- Usage data: page address and title, signup or contribution events, and routine connection data processed when your browser loads the site or a third-party service.
Do not put passwords, verification codes, receipts, or Garena account-recovery details in public posts or support messages.
How we use it
- Create your forum account, keep you signed in, verify your email, and provide password recovery.
- Publish and organize questions, answers, replies, profiles, votes, and contributor rankings.
- Review reports, hide unsafe content, prevent abuse, and maintain the forum.
- Understand page visits and whether visitors start signup or create a question, answer, or reply.
- Show and measure advertising on eligible pages and respond to support or deletion requests.
Services that receive data
Free Fire Community uses these services to operate the forum:
- Appwrite stores forum accounts and community records, manages sessions, and sends verification and password-recovery messages.
- Google reCAPTCHA receives the CAPTCHA response and routine connection data to check signup and login attempts for abuse.
- Google Analytics receives page-view and activation events. Signed-in events can include the Appwrite account ID, but our event code does not send email addresses, display names, passwords, or post text.
- PostHog receives anonymous page, feedback, error, and repeated-click events. Its session replay masks all page text, form inputs, and element attributes; our code does not identify members or send question, answer, search, or form text.
- Google AdSense delivers and measures advertisements on eligible pages and may use cookies or similar browser storage.
- Site hosting and network providers process requests and routine connection data needed to deliver the website.
- Our support-mailbox provider processes messages sent to support@freefirecommunity.com.

What is public and what is restricted
Your display name, profile, questions, answers, replies, contribution totals, and rankings can be visible to anyone. Search engines may also index public pages.
Your email address, password, session, individual vote record, and report details are not presented on public forum pages. Moderators can access account and report information needed to operate the forum.
Account and data deletion
The forum does not currently offer a self-service account deletion button. Email support@freefirecommunity.com from the address on your account.
Include your display name, ask us to delete the forum account, and say whether you also want your public questions, answers, and replies removed or anonymized. We will verify the request before changing the account or its content.
Changes and contact
We may update this page when the forum or its data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest published version.
For a privacy question, access request, correction, or deletion request, email support@freefirecommunity.com.
