Hey Garena Team,

As you know i wanted to recover my innocent free fire account but,When i try to appeal for ban the page shows Error 404, when i log in from my facebook account.When i try using different account it shows the interface and can submit request or others , as we know we can only appeal for ban from same account which have been banned.I dont know but are you guys harsh on me for just appealing for ban? I didnt used any hacks or any third party programs but i had a very laggy device which i used to play on and my internet was the same so i dont know if its the reason but 2 years ago my account banned, many other players also got their banned at the same mean time without any third party application or any hacking programs. They all got their account unbanned even though they didnt appeal but i did appeal and my account is still banned. I was too much depressed that all the topups i have done were all ruined my life is like the dead one. I take the medicine of deepression and i got many other mental illness. I spent my money for a betrayal of my own loving game? which i use to play every day and night??. Please high authority listen my appeal and please un-ban my account.I know you guys are soo hard working and trying to make game more interesting and fun but i got banned for no reason. Please help me unban my account respected Garena team.
