We have been made aware of certain players who purposefully collaborate with hackers to increase their ranking. To ensure the preservation of a fair gaming atmosphere, we have made the determination to administer appropriate consequences to these individuals in accordance with their actions.:
- Players who team up with hackers for a few matches on the same day will receive a warning email to remind them not to play with hackers anymore.
- However, if they decide to ignore the email and continue to play with hackers, they may get banned from playing in teams or playing ranked matches, both of which last for 2 days.
- For players who team with hackers many times a day, their ranks will be reset to Bronze and they will also be banned from team modes for 2 days.
Once again, we would like to encourage everyone to enjoy an authentic gaming experience and avoid teaming with hackers.
